My advanced practice project at university centered on creating my upcoming EP, ‘Metanoia,’ allowing me to explore the relationship between my artistic journey and academic assignments. This project underscored the importance of vulnerability in music, connecting deeply with audiences. While facing challenges with equipment access, I adapted by using personal tools like Logic Pro X and an iPhone 15. This experience taught me problem-solving and resourcefulness—key skills for a career in music production and filmmaking. Transforming the project’s showcase from a traditional performance to an immersive documentary highlighted my ability to pivot and adapt, reflecting real-world demands. Overall, my university experience has been crucial in developing both my technical skills and my artistic identity, preparing me for a future in music and multimedia production.
